1. Acceptable use

You agree to use SpareSpot only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data, post misleading listings, or interfere with the operation of the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant SpareSpot a licence to display it for the purpose of operating the marketplace. You must have the right to share anything you post and it must not be unlawful, offensive or infringing.

4. Availability

We aim to keep SpareSpot available at all times but may suspend or withdraw the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control without notice.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
