Terms of Sale

1. Prices and fees

The price shown on a listing is set by the seller. At checkout, buyers pay the spot price plus a booking protection fee. SpareSpot retains a platform fee from each completed sale; sellers never pay a separate fee on top of their listed price.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. SpareSpot does not store your full card details. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully taken.

3. Payouts to sellers

Funds from a sale are held while the booking is fulfilled and released to the seller's wallet after the holding period. Sellers withdraw available funds to their connected bank account, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Buyers may cancel within 24 hours of booking (before fulfilment begins) for a full refund. After that, refunds are handled in line with our disputes and refunds policy.

5. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact the other party first, then SpareSpot support. We may pause a seller's payout while a dispute is reviewed.
